Your main tasks will include: Managing client inquiries and providing operational support. Coordinating with custodians and financial institutions on administrative matters. Assisting investment professionals with client relationship management. Preparing reports and supporting prospective client engagement. Liaising with various teams to improve internal processes and enhance client experience. Reporting to a Client Service Team Leader, who will support your ongoing training and development. RequirementsA university degree or equivalent experience (Finance, Economics, or Business preferred). Fluency in Swedish and English (spoken and written). Strong communication skills with a client-focused approach. Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently and work collaboratively. High attention to detail and commitment to delivering quality service.
