Current Vacancies We are looking for Senior Social Workers in: Gateway & MASH (Front Door and Safeguarding) Transitions Older Adults Mental Health Complex Discharge Role Overview As a Senior Social Worker, you will: Supervise Social Workers and Case Management Officers Handle complex cases, including MCA Assessments, Court of Protection applications, and s42 safeguarding enquiries Support positive risk-taking and least restrictive interventions Collaborate with service providers and stakeholders Conduct strength-based assessments and reviews Make person-centred decisions Manage resources within budget What’s in it for you? Location The job is primarily based in on Lewisham Sites including the hospital but we operate a hybrid approach where you will be required to work both in the office and from home on a regular basis. N.B: All appointments will be offered at the minimum spinal column point (SCP) for the grade of the role.
