Part‑Time Sports Coach at The Foxes Club (18 hrs/week) Role: Part‑Time Sports CoachHours: 18 hours per week across 5 days (including weekends)Annual Pro‑Rata Salary: £ 24,375.00 – £ 29,250.00 About Us At The Foxes Club, we believe play is essential for building confidence, lifelong skills, and a love for sport. Supporting children aged 2–14 across East London, we deliver vibrant football, multi‑sports, and holiday camps. If you're passionate about working with children and creating fun, inclusive sessions, we’d love to hear from you! The Role As a Part‑Time Sports Coach, you’ll: Primarily lead our nursery sports sessions with age‑appropriate, engaging activities Deliver fun, active sessions for children aged 2–4 and above Plan and implement structured, safe, and inspiring sessions Support setup, equipment checks, and pack‑down Inspire young players, nurture teamwork, sportsmanship, and confidence Bonus: Additional hours may be available in our holiday camps, 5‑a‑side leagues, and after‑school clubs Essential Qualifications & Skills Experience coaching across all age groups, especially 2–4 year olds Hold (or be working toward) a recognised sports/coaching qualification (e.g. FA Level 1 or multi‑sports equivalent) Excellent communication and behaviour‑management skills with young children Availability weekdays and weekends Enhanced DBS check (or willingness to obtain) Desirable FA Level 2 (UEFA C) or equivalent multi‑sports qualification Current first aid & safeguarding certifications Experience in schools, holiday camps, or community sports Passion for community outreach and inclusive coaching What We Offer Competitive, pro‑rata salary (£26k–31.2k FTE) Branded Nike coaching kit Funded coaching qualifications and career progression A fun, supportive team culture with regular socials and staff sports events Opportunities to take on additional hours across the wider business—holiday camps, leagues, and clubs How to Apply If this sounds like your kind of role, we'd love to chat.
