Children Registered Manager Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Salary: £50 000 - £65 000 per year Hours: 45 hours per week Location: Camden Town, London Job Scope: We are recruiting for our client an experienced and compassionate Children Registered Manager to lead a well-established childrens residential home supporting young people with autism and emotional behavioural difficulties. The Children Registered Manager will be responsible for creating and sustaining a nurturing, therapeutic environment that reflects the homes vision of more home, less institution. The Children Registered Manager will oversee care delivery, ensuring that all safeguarding measures, regulatory requirements, and internal policies are met. They will lead and supervise a fully staffed team, providing clear direction, regular supervisions, and support for ongoing professional development. The Children Registered Manager will ensure all plans, reports, and records are accurate, up to date, and reflect the needs of each child. This role also involves close collaboration with in-house social workers, families, and local authorities to ensure tailored, outcome-focused support for every young person. Do you have? The successful applicant will undergo a free enhanced disclosure from the disclosure barring service & other compliance checks required.KPMS – been running since 2006, mainly across London and Midlands They have 17 services They work alongside LA’s Opened up a 6 bed EBD home in Camden 12 months ago and the Director has been acting RMNow looking for a RM Must have holistic background / approachThe home is registered for 8 YPThey currently have 3 YPThe max they have had at one time is 4They don't expect to ever take on 8 YPLooking for either a DM who wants to step up or a RM\Home is based in Camden Head office is base in Stratford - NW2The RM will spend time in the office for meetings etc Monday - Friday 9-6I discussed the salary and stated it is not enough. Please can we advertise this role £50- £65k. Just had their Ofsted inspection 1 month ago - GOOD Ideally level 5 – however more than happy to enrol someone if they do not have it and will pay for it Head office is in Stratford – so RM will be expected to go across from Camden / Head Office (during working hours) – this is approximately 30 mins apart – will allow them to do supervisions / paperwork / meetings etc Career path is very varied for each person – and they offer a tailored approach per person – social work / operations / dual rm The structure of the home – RM, DM, Support Workers and Social Workers RM reports to Residential Service Manager
