Spencer Clarke Group are seeking a Lettings Officer for a Local Authority Client in Woolwich. In this role, you will manage housing lettings, nominations, and allocations, providing expert advice and support to ensure residents are matched to the right homes. Duties: Oversee Council and Housing Association property allocations, special schemes, and mutual exchanges. Offer housing guidance to the public and liaise with internal teams and external agencies. Ensure accurate data entry, case management, and preparation of reports for panels and reviews. Deputise for the Senior Lettings Officer, supervise assistants, and support service projects and appeals. Qualifications and Experience: The successful candidate will have the following skills / experience: Experience in housing allocations, lettings, or property management. Knowledge of housing legislation, policies, and procedures. Proven ability to provide advice and support to the public or clients. Experience with IT systems, data management, and report preparation.
