This opportunity is ideal for qualified professionals looking to work flexibly, focus on their trade, and earn competitive rates - without chasing leads or handling admin.Key Responsibilities:Perform Electrical Installation Condition Reports (EICRs) in accordance with BS 7671 (18th Edition)Inspect and test fixed electrical installations to assess safety, compliance, and overall conditionIdentify and document faults or issues clearly, using correct observation codes (C1, C2, C3, FI)Record and submit accurate test results using provided templates or digital platformsEnsure timely completion and submission of all reports for internal review and lodgmentLodge completed EICRs with the relevant client or regulatory body as requiredMaintain a professional and respectful approach when interacting with tenants, landlords, or managing agentsKeep all testing equipment calibrated and in good working orderAdhere to relevant health and safety guidelines and on-site protocolsKeylr is committed to creating an inclusive, fair, and professional working environment.
