An exciting opportunity has become available for an Automotive Vehicle Technician / Vehicle Mechanic within a family-run automotive service centre located in Fishponds.Our Automotive Client has a need for a Vehicle Technician or Vehicle Mechanic who is motivated and able to work to their own initiative.Benefits:Starting salary up to £35,000 per annum (negotiable pending experience).Overtime, subject to availability, paid at time and a half rate. 28 days annual leave (including the bank holidays). Workplace pension scheme.Access to optional technical training and development.Fantastic long-term career prospects with a highly rated local family-run business that are winners of The Good Garage Scheme awards every year since 2013, as well as members of the IGA & Trust My Garage Associations.8:30am-5:30pm Monday to Friday.Duties include but are not limited to:Carrying out Servicing and Repairs to a variety of VehiclesMOT TestingPerforming Diagnostic Testing to identify Vehicle Faults.Ensuring that paperwork is completed to the highest of standardsRequirements:A Fully Qualified Vehicle Technician NVQ Level 3 or equivalentA Current and Valid UK Driving LicenceDedicated and committed approach.Your job as a Vehicle Technician will be your passion and you will enjoy all aspects of your work.Your own Vehicle Technician toolsThe salary of this role is up to £35000 basic.Hours of work for this Vehicle Technician role are 8:30am-5:30pm Mon to Fri with no weekends required.
