We’re currently recruiting reliable, confident, and motivated Cover Supervisors to work in secondary schools across the region.✨ About the Role:As a Cover Supervisor, you’ll supervise classes in the absence of the regular teacher, providing a seamless educational experience and maintaining a positive classroom atmosphere. This is a fantastic opportunity for those interested in gaining experience in classroom management, school support roles, or starting a career in teaching.This role offers the flexibility to work supply teaching on a full-time or part-time basis, covering multiple schools.Requirements‍ What You’ll Be Doing: Supervising lessons across a variety of subjects using pre-prepared materials Managing classroom behaviour and encouraging student participation Supporting pupils to stay focused and engaged Maintaining a safe, respectful, and positive learning environment Reporting back to teaching staff on pupil progress and behaviour ✅ What We’re Looking For: Experience working with young people (e.g. in education, coaching, youth work, care, mentoring) Confident classroom presence and strong communication skills Ability to follow lesson plans and manage behaviour positively Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to apply) UK residency with the legal right to work Benefits Why Work with Equal Education Partners?
