This role offers an exciting opportunity for a proactive and ambitious Senior Commercial Property Solicitor to contribute to the continued success of their firm.Senior Commercial Property Associate Key Responsibilities: Manage a varied caseload of commercial property matters, including acquisitions, disposals, leases, and development projects. Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, providing expert legal advice and ensuring client satisfaction. Proactively identify and pursue opportunities to bring in new clients and expand the firm's commercial property practice. Collaborate with colleagues across different departments to provide comprehensive legal solutions to clients. Stay updated on relevant legal developments and contribute to the continuous improvement of our legal services. Senior Commercial Property Associate Qualifications and Experience: Qualified solicitor with a minimum of 6 years PQE in commercial property law. Proven experience managing a diverse caseload of commercial property matters. Strong business development skills with a demonstrated ability to attract and retain clients. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and colleagues. A proactive and results-oriented approach, with a commitment to delivering high-quality legal services.
