Corporate Finance Manager Main Duties Youll work on a range of engaging and high-impact projects, including: Supporting and leading on business sales, acquisitions, MBOs/MBIs, mergers, and disposalsConducting company valuations using recognised methodologies such as multiples analysisPreparing and reviewing financial due diligence reportsManaging client relationships and coordinating with internal teams and external advisorsDrafting engagement documents and maintaining internal deal databasesContributing to business development through networking and client pitchesWorking closely with directors and partners to ensure smooth project delivery Attributes, Skills, Experience and Qualifications The ideal candidate will bring a blend of technical expertise, commercial awareness, and a proactive mindset. You should have: ACA/ACCA qualification (or equivalent)Previous corporate finance experience, ideally within the SME sectorStrong financial and commercial acumenGenuine interest in business development and client relationship managementExcellent communication skills, both written and verbalHigh attention to detail and a commitment to delivering accurate, high-quality workStrong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively
