This is an opportunity to step into a leadership role with an exceptional studio shaping the future of contemporary landscapes on an international scale. You’ll take the reins on multiple large-scale design projects, overseeing creative direction and project execution from concept through to post-contract stages. Reporting directly to the Managing Partner and Design Principal, you’ll serve as a trusted advisor to both the internal team and external clients, representing the studio’s design integrity at every step.Key ResponsibilitiesLead several complex landscape projects in parallel across varied global locationsInspire and mentor a talented team of designers and technical staffRepresent the studio in client meetings and high-level presentationsGuide project design development through to delivery, including post-contract stagesContribute to strategic studio growth and design cultureRequirementsA minimum of 12 years' experience in Landscape Architecture, with a strong design portfolio from top-tier practicesBachelor’s or Master’s degree in Landscape Architecture (Honours)Must be proficient with AutoCAD, Adobe and understand Revit.Proven ability to manage large-scale resort, hotel, public realm, and mixed-use projectsHighly creative, organized, and collaborative, with natural leadership presenceStrong client-facing skills and the confidence to lead with clarity and visionIdeally, exposure to projects in the Gulf regionNative-level fluency in English (spoken and written)BenefitsThis is more than just a career move—it’s a chance to leave a lasting mark on some of the world’s most exciting landscapes.
