The Lead Veterinary Surgeon will inspire and guide a talented team of clinicians, ensuring exceptional standards of care are consistently achieved through effective mentoring, coaching, and leadership.Working in close partnership with the Practice Manager and Lead Nurse, the successful candidate will play a pivotal role in the hospital’s day-to-day operations—driving clinical excellence, nurturing a positive workplace culture, and contributing to strategic decision-making.
