Position: Site Administrator Location: Tilbury, Essex Start Date: Immediate Duration: 6 months Hours: Approx 40hours/week, Mon-Fri PAYE Pay Rate: £15.00/hr (including £1.61/hr Holiday Pay) The Role: Integrate Engineering Resources is currently recruiting for a site based Administrator on behalf of our client for a major industrial construction project in Tilbury, Essex. Duties will include: -Raising and processing purchase orders -Supporting accounts administration and invoice processing -Maintaining and updating records within Excel and CRM systems -Ordering and managing office stationery and supplies -Providing general administrative support to the wider team -Assisting with ad hoc finance and admin projects as required Requirements: -Previous experience in an admin or accounts assistant role -Strong Excel skills, confident with spreadsheets and formulas -Experience with CRM systems (training can be provided) -Highly organised with strong attention to detail -Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities independently -Experience of working on large industrial sites About Us: Integrate Engineering Resources Ltd provides a dedicated recruitment service to the Engineering Construction and Maintenance sectors.
