Ashton Recruitment require an Internal Sales Advisor our busy client based in the Duncrue area of Belfast. Job Title: Internal Sales Advisor Location: Belfast Duration: Permanent/Full-Time Salary: Dependant on Experience Hours of Work: Monday - Friday; 08:30-17:00 Duties will include (But not limited to): Communicating with customers via trade counter, telephone and email. Answering our customer's technical control and switchgear enquiries and other product ranges as required. Product selection to suit customers' requests and requirements. Preparing customer quotations, project enquiries and order processing. Dealing directly with manufacturers on specific products. Order selection, checking and assembly as required from our warehouse. Ongoing customer service, providing information on the progress of goods arrival. Essential Criteria A solid understanding of electrical systems, particularly switchgear, is essential. A background in electrical engineering or a related field would be advantageous.​ Proven experience in a sales or customer service role within the electrical industry, demonstrating the ability to meet sales targets and build strong customer relationships.​ Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively interact with customers and internal teams.​ Strong organisational skills to manage multiple tasks, prioritize work, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.​ Familiarity with Sage, Microsoft Office Suite, and other relevant software tools.​ Ashton recruitment are acting as an employment agency
