Learning & Development Partner Location: Remote - with nationwide travel in-line with business needs. We're looking for a committed Learning and Development Specialist to join our growing team and help shape the future of learning across our brands. This is your opportunity to make a real difference - from Resourcers and Recruitment Consultants to Account Managers, aspiring leaders, and senior executives. What You'll Be Doing You'll lead the charge in creating and delivering engaging, blended learning experiences that align with our business goals and reflect our core values. You'll collaborate across departments, identify learning gaps, and bring innovation to the forefront through technology and external partnerships. Key Responsibilities Strategy & Business Goals: Partner with the L&D Manager to design and execute a forward-thinking learning strategy. Stakeholder Engagement: Build strong relationships with managers and leaders to deliver responsive, tailored solutions. Needs Analysis: Identify skill gaps and propose learning strategies that support evolving business needs. Content Creation & Delivery: Develop and deliver inspiring content using blended learning techniques. Impact Measurement: Track effectiveness and mentor others in using feedback to improve outcomes. External Partnerships: Source and manage training providers aligned with our values. Technology & Innovation: Explore new platforms and tools to enhance accessibility and engagement.
