You’ll have full responsibility for the kitchen team, menu quality, and operational performance, supported by a forward-thinking management team that values career development and progression.________________________________________What’s in it for You?• Competitive salary: £38,000 – £42,000 (dependent on experience)• Tips package to increase your overall earnings• Fair and balanced rotas – 5 days over 7• Supportive senior management with clear development opportunities• Work with fresh, ingredients and have input into menu development________________________________________Key ResponsibilitiesAs Head Chef, you’ll be responsible for:• Leading, motivating, and developing a high-performing kitchen brigade• Overseeing all aspects of kitchen operations, including:o Stock control and orderingo GP management and costingso Labour planning and rota management• Maintaining exceptional food quality and consistency in a fast-paced environment• Ensuring full compliance with food hygiene and health & safety standards• Training and mentoring junior chefs to support career growth within the team• Working closely with management to develop menus and seasonal specials________________________________________About YouWe’re looking for a hands-on Head Chef who can bring energy, leadership, and creativity to the role.
