Role OverviewWe are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic SEN Teaching Assistant to join a welcoming and inclusive school in St Albans In this role, you will support children with special educational needs both inside and outside the classroom, helping to create a safe, positive, and engaging learning environment.
Key Responsibilities
Provide 1:1 or small group support to pupils with SENSupport learning activities during lessons and at break/lunchtimesAssist the class teacher with daily classroom tasksHelp maintain a safe, organised, and inclusive learning environmentPromote a positive attitude and model appropriate behaviour for all pupils

Have experience working with children with SEN (desirable, not essential)Be committed, patient, and reliableShow initiative and a proactive attitudeHold or be willing to obtain an Enhanced DBS (on the Update Service)Have permanent UK residency (essential)
