You'll join a close-knit group where partners are hands-on, mentoring is structured, and contribution is recognised.The Role: A broad, hands-on corporate & Commercial Paralegal position supporting partners and lawyers across corporate, commercial, and finance matters.Work will include: Supporting M&A and restructuring transactions. Drafting and reviewing NDAs, SPAs, and shareholder agreements. Managing due diligence, data rooms, and completion deliverables. Assisting on finance documents and company filings. Conducting AML checks and compliance tasks. You'll gain early responsibility and direct exposure to clients and partners. Why This Role?
