Teaching Assistant – Long-Term Supply Enfield | Full-time | Long-term supply | Immediate startWe’re looking for a reliable and enthusiastic Teaching Assistant to join a supportive secondary school in Enfield. This long-term role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with young people and wants to make a positive impact in the classroom every day.Your Role: Support students during lessons under the direction of the class teacher and SENCO Provide targeted 1:1 and small-group support to help pupils engage with learning Assist with classroom preparation, organisation, and resource creation Encourage students’ confidence, independence, and participation Promote positive behaviour and a calm, inclusive learning environment Requirements: Previous experience working with young people or in an educational setting Excellent communication and interpersonal skills A patient, adaptable, and proactive approach to supporting learning Thrive-trained or willingness to complete free Thrive training through Protocol Education Why Join Protocol Education: We’re here to support you every step of the way.
