This busy, high-energy restaurant serves up to 250 covers per day, with a strong emphasis on exceptional butchery and seafood.As Senior Sous Chef, you will be instrumental in supporting the Head Chef and setting new standards - pushing food quality, driving operational excellence, and helping shape the future of the business.
