Fire Suppression Installation Manager Location: Central London Salary: £40,000 - £55,000 (DOE) + Bonus Industry: Fire Suppression / Fire & Security Working Pattern: Full-time, On-site ABOUTA well-established and respected company within the Fire & Security industry is seeking an experienced Installation Manager to join its Mechanical Division, specialising in ANSUL R102 Kitchen Fire Suppression Systems.The business has a strong reputation for designing, installing, commissioning, and maintaining fire safety, fire suppression, and security systems nationwide. Due to continued growth, this new position offers an exciting opportunity to lead installation projects and manage a dedicated team of engineers and subcontractors.This role is based in Central London, with regular site visits required to ensure projects progress smoothly and to the highest standards. A company vehicle is provided. Benefits – Fire Suppression Installation Manager Competitive salary £40,000 - £55,000 (DOE)Bonus SchemeCompany vehicle and fuel card25 Days holiday + Bank HolidaysOngoing training and career development opportunitiesEmployee referral scheme and company engagement initiatives Responsibilities – Fire Suppression Installation ManagerAs the ANSUL Fire Suppression Installation Manager for the Mechanical Division, you will: Plan, manage, and deliver the installation of ANSUL Fire Suppression Installation Manager on a national scale across a variety of commercial premises, including hospitality, education, and retail sitesLead and support a team of field engineers and trusted subcontract partners to ensure smooth project deliveryMaintain compliance with all relevant standards, technical specifications, and internal procedures throughout each stage of installation and commissioningFoster positive client relationships through proactive communication, on-site presence, and timely response to queriesTrack team performance, project progress, documentation, and associated financials to maintain high productivity and transparencyPrepare regular project summaries and reports, including updates on milestones, invoicing, and overall budget statusAct as a technical resource for the team, offering hands-on assistance and expert advice when requiredManage the coordination of materials, equipment, and logistical requirements in collaboration with the projects and administration teams Requirements – Fire Suppression Installation Manager Demonstrable technical expertise with Kitchen Fire Suppression Systems (ANSUL R102 preferred)Proven experience in project management within the fire industry or mechanical installationsExcellent client-facing and internal communication skillsStrong organisational and multitasking abilities with attention to detailProficient in Microsoft Office softwareFull UK driving licence (essential)Willingness to travel to sites across the UK as required Why Join?This is a fantastic opportunity to join a growing and reputable company that values professionalism, teamwork, and innovation.
