This firm is widely recognised for delivering commercially driven legal advice to clients ranging from regional businesses to major national and international organisations.It is now seeking a Construction Associate Solicitor (5+ PQE) to join its Oxford office, handling a broad caseload of both contentious and non-contentious construction matters. This is an exciting opportunity for a mid-level Solicitor to work on high-value, complex construction work in a supportive and well-established team.Key Responsibilities: Dispute Resolution: Handle construction disputes through litigation, arbitration, adjudication and alternative dispute resolution (ADR)Contractual Work: Draft and negotiate construction contracts, development agreements, professional appointments, collateral warranties and security documentsProcurement Advisory: Advise clients on procurement strategies, risk management and compliance with industry standardsStandard Form Contracts: Use and advise on JCT, NEC and FIDIC standard form contracts Client Base Includes: Major national and regional developersContractors, subcontractors and suppliersConstruction professionals and consultantsLocal authorities, educational institutions and funders Your Profile: Qualified solicitor in England & Wales with 5+ years’ PQE in construction lawSolid experience with both contentious and non-contentious mattersSkilled in working with standard form contracts (JCT, NEC, FIDIC)A confident communicator and team playerBackground in a commercial or specialist construction practice Why Join This Firm?
