Sought is a dedicated Senior Associate to join the dynamic Manchester-based Digital, Commercial, and Creative team who work with leading multinationals and iconic brands. The Role: The successful candidate will be responsible for handling a diverse portfolio of technology-related matters, providing expert advice to a range of clients within the digital and creative sectors. This role offers an excellent opportunity for an experienced solicitor to take on senior responsibilities, contribute to the growth of and complement a highly ranked team, all within a dynamic setting and supportive environment. About you: Solicitor circa 4-6 PQE with substantial experience in commercial/technology-related legal matters gained ideally within a sizeable law firm or niche technology practice Proven track record in handling commercial agreements, intellectual property, and digital law Strong understanding of the digital and creative industries, with the ability to advise clients on emerging legal issues Excellent drafting, negotiation, and communication skills Ability to manage and develop client relationships independently Experience working in a fast-paced environment with a proactive approach to legal challenges On offer: This role offers a market-leading salary and benefits package, alongside opportunities for professional development and career progression within a forward-thinking firm.
