The team supports sponsored students across the United Kingdom, ensuring they receive the guidance, supervision, and digital engagement needed to succeed throughout their academic journey. This position combines technical IT expertise with creative digital communication, offering a varied and rewarding role within a multicultural environment.Are you the right person for the job? Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related fieldFluent in Arabic & English languageMinimum 5 years’ experience in IT support, ideally within a government, embassy, or education-related organisationExperience managing professional social media accounts and creating engaging digital contentStrong understanding of network management, hardware/software troubleshooting, and IT securityProficiency with content creation tools such as Canva or Adobe Creative Suite, and web management platformsExcellent communication skills in both Arabic and EnglishStrong problem-solving, time management, and organisational skillsCreative, proactive, and able to work independently or collaboratively in a multicultural settingHigh level of integrity, discretion, and professionalism What will your role look like? Install, configure, and maintain office hardware, software, and network systemsManage office networks, internet connectivity, and VPN access for staffProvide troubleshooting and technical support for IT and AV systemsImplement IT security measures, backups, and data protection protocolsMaintain and update digital platforms, including social media and websitesCreate engaging digital content to promote student achievements and cultural activitiesMonitor online engagement and adapt communication strategies accordinglySupport events with IT setup, live streaming, and digital coordinationTrain staff on digital tools and support technology-enabled communication with students What can you expect in return?
