You will be joining an experienced, forward-thinking team that consistently delivers exceptional settlements, setting it apart as a trusted leader in the Personal Injury sector.The Role Manage your own caseload of RTA, EL and PL mattersHandle pre-litigated and litigated claims, including Court attendancesLiaise with Barristers, medical experts and clientsPrepare documents, briefs, instructions and schedulesValue claims and conduct settlement negotiationsWork closely with an established, highly skilled Personal Injury team Key Requirements Minimum 3 years' experience in Personal Injury (Solicitor or Legal Executive)Proven billing history and experience with high-value claimsStrong knowledge of CFAs and the MOJ portalExcellent communication, organisation and client care skillsProactive, professional and commercially awareCompetent in IT and case management systems Why Join Our Client?
