If you possess ambition and a demonstrated history of attaining successful results and advancements in the field of English, we invite you to join our team.English Teacher role: Plan and deliver English lessons in accordance with the national curriculum.Demonstrate a strong desire to work within a SEN setting.Be approachable, flexible, and adaptable, with a focus on making a positive impact on students' lives.Provide support to each student with social, emotional, and behavioural needs in an educational environment.Utilise effective communication and relationship-building skills to foster a supportive learning environment.Show passion for delivering high-quality education, care, and support to young people.When necessary, physically intervene using Team Teach techniques after de-escalation strategies have been unsuccessful (full training provided).Build strong team commitment with colleagues and engage pupils to motivate and inspire them in the classroom.Acquire appropriate books, teaching aids, and resources as needed Requirements for English Teacher role: Holds QTS or equivalent is essential.Exhibits proactive, energetic, compassionate, flexible and adaptable qualitiesProvides a verifiable work history Demonstrated teaching experience.Strong desire to work in a SEN setting.Ability to communicate effectively and establish strong relationships.
