It’s known for its modern facilities, engaging learning spaces, and welcoming staff who work closely together to create a nurturing environment for every pupil.You’ll have access to excellent resources, continuous support from the SENCo (Special Educational Needs Coordinator), and regular opportunities for professional development.Ideally, we’d love to get you cleared and familiar with the school before Christmas — so you can meet the team and start the new term with confidence.The RoleAs a Teaching Assistant, you’ll be providing 1:1 support for a pupil with additional learning needs, helping them to: Access learning in a way that suits their individual styleDevelop confidence, social skills, and independenceEngage in classroom activities and build positive relationshipsFollow personalised learning plans set by teachers and SEN staff Transferable Skills That Make You ShineYou don’t need to have worked in a school before — if you’ve supported children, young people, or individuals with additional needs in any setting, we’d love to hear from you.
