Job DescriptionWe will count on you to:Independently manage complex operational projects and enhancements in a solutioning and/or implementation capacityIdentify process enhancements and assist with the scoping, design and implementation, for both in-house developments and external vendorsLead operational workstreams, managing multiple operational teams, as part of larger complex projects and strategic initiativesSupport the wider Operations Team with complex change, development and implementation of operational efficiencies and business optimizationTake a holistic approach to initiatives being supported, understanding and considering inherent operational and reputational risks in a fund and the operational control environment required to manage these risksManage key internal stakeholders including portfolio management, client service, legal & compliance, operations, finance and technology colleaguesManage key external stakeholders, including outsourced service providers, holding them accountable for SLAs, whilst maintaining and developing good relationshipsWork regularly across team boundaries to deliver results on Operations Team and Business initiatives, developing strong working relationships
