Qualifications: - Proven experience as a Head Chef or in a similar role within a high-volume establishment. - Strong culinary skills with a deep understanding of various cooking techniques and cuisines. - Exceptional leadership and communication abilities, with a passion for mentoring and developing talent. - Creative and innovative mindset, with a keen eye for detail in food presentation. - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining composure under pressure. - Knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices.
