Provide 1:1 or small group support, particularly for pupils with additional needs. Help students achieve both academic and personal development goals. Assist during break and lunch times to ensure a safe and positive environment. Person Specification: Previous experience working with children or within a school environment. Strong ability to build positive relationships with pupils and staff. Committed to safeguarding and ensuring pupil wellbeing. Confident, proactive, and passionate about supporting young learners.
