Senior Manager, Employee Relations (12 Month FTC) Annapurna HR have been engaged to find an Employee Relations Senior Manager to join a leading professional services institution going through a large period of transformation and business change. The successful candidate will have previous experience driving strategic change and engagement across Employee Relations, specifically in relation to strategic matters, service delivery, projects and continuous improvement. The Role: Support the Head of Employee Relations in the execution of the ER strategy, ensuring all initiatives align with business objectives. Ensures service delivery standards and performance against SLAs and KPIs. Develop initiatives that elevate the Employee Relations experience. Lead on the effective and timely resolution of Employee Relations matters, including complex casework and organisational change. Build credible, trusted relationships with stakeholders across the business to deliver commercial, risk-based people solutions that align with the organisations goals and values. Ensure Employee Relations processes are market-leading and effectively leverage technology and automation. Requirements: Strong experience across the full spectrum of Employee Relations. Broader HR experience covering HR Operations and Service Delivery aspects. Experience managing standards and performance against SLAs and KPIs. Experience managing competing deadlines and priorities simultaneously. Strong stakeholder manager with experience fostering strong and meaningful relationships across a matrixed organisation. This is a fantastic opportunity to be part of a fast-paced, changing organisation and evolving team. This role is an initial 12 Month FTC paying up to £85,000 DOE + benefits.
