Salary: NJC Grade E: £30,518 - £33,699 FTE (This will be paid pro-rata to reflect hours and weeks worked)Working Pattern: This is a permanent position working 30 hours per week, 39 weeks per yearThe Devon Nursery Plus Team are looking to appoint an experienced Nursery Plus Early Years Foundation Stage Senior Practitioner to join their Mid Devon Team based at Wilcombe Primary School.Nursery Plus is a targeted service supporting children within the base school and in early years settings across Devon to improve the outcomes of children with additional needs through targeted intervention.We are seeking a confident and experienced practitioner who is passionate about the Early Years and about improving the wellbeing of children and their access to the curriculum.We seek someone who is reflective of their practice and creative in their approach, someone who can work in collaboration with other practitioners and who is able to provide inclusive, positive, targeted interventions and advice.The Mid Devon Team are looking to appoint an individual who can demonstrate: Successful, relevant and recent EYFS practice An understanding of child development and EY’s teaching and learning A knowledge of the SEND code of practice and early intervention And is able to drive with own transport (clean driving license essential)This post requires a full and relevant level 3 minimum requirement in a childcare related discipline, preferably a level 4 qualification.The closing date for applications is 12 noon 24th November 2025 and interviews will take place on 1st December 2025.
