The successful candidate will manage sales order processing, maintain customer records, support account managers, and liaise between departments to ensure efficient order fulfillment and customer satisfaction. The role is essential in maintaining customer satisfaction, ensuring accurate order processing, and supporting the external sales team in achieving overall business targetsRequirementsEssential Minimum 2 years' experience in a similar sales support or administrative role. Familiarity with construction products or a willingness to develop technical product knowledge. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software. Desirable Experience in a construction materials supply or distribution business. Understanding of trade customer requirements and procurement processes.
