You will own the complete brand experience, defining and enforcing identity standards and governance across all touchpoints. Leading all creative and campaign outputs from concept to delivery, you will operate the design and content function while maintaining absolute control over asset production and version discipline. Your mission is to guarantee that every campaign and creative artefact ships at pace and at the required standard.Core ResponsibilitiesBrand Strategy & IdentityDefine, evolve, and protect the brand identity, ensuring consistency across all markets and channelsEstablish and enforce brand standards, guidelines, and governance frameworksOwn the brand positioning and messaging architectureMonitor brand health and perception, driving continuous improvementCreative LeadershipLead all creative and campaign development from concept through to deliveryDirect the creative vision across campaigns, ensuring alignment with brand strategyReview and approve all creative outputs to maintain quality and brand consistencyFoster a culture of creative excellence and innovation within the teamDesign & Content OperationsOperate and scale the design and content functionControl all asset production workflows and processesMaintain and evolve the comprehensive asset libraryEnsure version control discipline across all brand materialsOptimize production timelines without compromising qualityCampaign DeliveryGuarantee on-time, on-brand delivery of all campaignsBalance speed and quality, ensuring outputs meet required standardsCoordinate cross-functional teams to deliver integrated campaignsEstablish and monitor KPIs for campaign performance and creative effectivenessTeam ManagementManage and develop direct reports including Designers (multi-level), Editors and Animators who are based in Europe and the Philippines.Build and scale the creative team and a team of trusted freelancers and collaborators as the business growsFoster creative collaboration across Strategy, Brand & Creative, Marketing Operations and the broader commercial / go to market teamThis role is designed for impact, and we believe our best work happens when we connect.
