GSL Education London Branch are looking for a Geography Teacher to work at a friendly and high-achieving co-educational secondary school in Greenwich. This is a fantastic opportunity for a passionate and motivated Geography Teacher who enjoys inspiring young minds and making a positive impact in the classroom.As a Geography Teacher, you will be joining a supportive Humanities Department that values creativity, collaboration, and high-quality teaching. The school is dedicated to helping students reach their full potential, and they are looking for a Geography Teacher who shares their commitment to excellence and enthusiasm for learning.Geography Teacher Responsibilities: Teach engaging and inspiring Geography lessons to KS3 and KS4 students. Plan, prepare, and deliver lessons in line with the national curriculum. Assess, record, and report on students’ progress and attainment. Encourage students to develop curiosity and understanding of the world around them. Create a positive and inclusive learning environment that supports all learners. Work collaboratively with colleagues to plan schemes of work and share best practices. Maintain high standards of classroom management and behaviour. Geography Teacher Requirements: Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent. Degree in Geography or a related subject. Previous experience teaching Geography at secondary school level. Strong classroom management and communication skills. A passion for Geography and for inspiring students. Right to work in the UK.
