We are currently seeking a passionate and experienced Higher Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA) to join the team from January.This is a fantastic opportunity for a committed professional eager to make a meaningful impact on children’s education. As an HLTA, you will work closely with class teachers to support teaching and learning across various subjects, playing a key role in lesson planning, delivering engaging content, and providing tailored support to individuals and small groups. You’ll also help cultivate a positive and inclusive classroom atmosphere where all pupils can flourish.Key Responsibilities
Support the planning and delivery of lessons to promote high student engagement and progressProvide targeted support to individual pupils and small groups, both inside and outside the classroomAssist with classroom management, maintaining a positive and inclusive learning environmentAddress pupils’ pastoral and emotional needs to promote well-beingPrepare learning resources and support assessment and progress trackingDeliver targeted interventions for children with additional needsCommunicate effectively with staff, parents, and other stakeholders
