Job DescriptionWe are looking for a strategic Senior HR Business Partner to join our UKI HR business partnering team. Reporting to one of our HR Directors, you will work in partnership with business leaders to advise and create a people strategy to deliver strategic plans and results within a matrix environment. As member of the business leadership team, you will be a trusted advisor to multiple executive stakeholders. You will be a sounding board, coach and confidante on important matters and offer visible behavioural leadership to the business.Considered as the lynchpin between the HR Team and the business, you will be relationship-driven, yet able to hold both parties to account to ensure activity adds value and underpins business strategy. Work that matters - What you'll doShape and lead a local people strategy, which underpins our strategy both regionally and globallyPartner with leaders on fast-paced and exciting M&A activity to drive business growth – from due diligence through to integration – ensuring people considerations are embedded at every stageManage the delivery of a complex multi-year workforce transformation programme from a people perspective, resulting in a significant shift focus on a new Target Operating Model (TOM)Manage the end-to-end talent management process, supporting the business in hiring and onboarding to identify talent internally, and facilitating succession planning activityHave a focus on the employee and candidate experience across the colleague lifecycle, including all processes and ways of workingCreate a sustainable model underpinned by location and talent strategy, applying the use of Strategic Workforce Planning
