We are looking for a committed and enthusiastic PPA Cover Teacher to join our friendly primary school team. This role involves delivering high-quality lessons across all year groups, ensuring continuity of learning during teachers’ Planning, Preparation and Assessment (PPA) time.You will have the opportunity to teach a variety of subjects, adapt to different classroom environments, and make a positive impact on pupils’ progress and wellbeing.Job Title: PPA Cover TeacherLocation: ColneContract Type: Full-time Salary: £120 - £150 per dayStarting date: Monday 5th January 2026 or ASAPKey Responsibilities Deliver engaging lessons across the primary curriculum during PPA cover.Maintain a positive and inclusive learning environment.Follow school policies on behaviour management and safeguarding.Work collaboratively with class teachers and support staff to ensure smooth transitions.Assess and record pupil progress where required. Requirements Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.Experience teaching across primary phases.Strong classroom management and adaptability.Excellent communication and organisational skills.A commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children.
