Sales Negotiator Location: Office based in Chertsey covering Weybridge Area(Candidate must reside within KT12-KT16 postcode area)Salary: Basic £23,000 + OTE £45,000+Benefits: Generous commission (8-10%), additional bonus schemesHours: Monday to Saturdays - 5 days PW to include every Saturday Overview Our client, a highly regarded and forward-thinking independent estate agency, is looking to appoint a Sales Negotiator to join their residential sales division. This is a unique opportunity to work remotely while handling a well-established portfolio of over 50 available properties offering excellent earning potential and the chance to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. With no internal competition and a full stock list at your fingertips, this role suits a highly motivated, experienced sales professional ready to make their mark and significantly boost their commission earnings Key Responsibilities Proactively manage buyer enquiries and maintain regular contact with potential purchasersConduct virtual and in-person property viewingsQualify applicants and build strong relationships with clients and buyersNegotiate offers and sales through to successful completionMaintain high standards of client care and adhere to compliance requirementsWork collaboratively with internal teams to ensure smooth transaction processesTrack market trends and maintain a strong understanding of local property valuesThe Ideal Candidate Will Have: Proven experience in estate agency sales or a strong customer-focused sales backgroundExceptional communication and negotiation skillsA positive, ambitious, and self-motivated approachLocal area knowledge of Weybridge, West Byfleet, and surrounding KT12-KT16 postcodesA full UK driving licence and access to a vehicleStrong organisational skills and the ability to work independentlyWhat's On Offer A unique opportunity to manage a significant stock list with no internal competitionCompetitive basic salary and highly attractive commission structureClear pathway for career progression within a growing independent agencyHow to Apply If this opportunity is of interest, we'd love to hear from you.
