This flexible role is ideal for someone with experience working with young people — whether in a school, sports coaching, youth work, performing arts, or a similar environment.About the Role As a Cover Supervisor, you will: Supervise classes during teacher absences, ensuring students remain on task Deliver pre-prepared work and manage classroom behaviour effectively Support students in their learning and maintain a positive learning environment Gain valuable school-based experience — perfect for those considering a future in teaching or education The Ideal Candidate We’re looking for someone who: Has experience working with young people (e.g. in schools, coaching, youth work, or dance instruction) Has excellent communication and organisational skills Is confident managing groups of students Is adaptable, reliable, and enthusiastic about helping students succeed Requirements To be considered for the role you will Experience working with young people (e.g. youth work, mentoring, support work, coaching, or education)Strong classroom management and communication skills.Flexibility and reliability.A genuine passion for teachingEnhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to obtain one). Salary is dependent on experience, training or qualifications.
