Top international law firm is recruiting for a Real Estate Finance Knowledge Lawyer/Professional Support Lawyer to join their Real Estate Finance practice in London. This opportunity is open to either an existing PSL or a fee-earner who is looking to transition into their first Knowledge role. The ideal candidate will be 5 PQE+. The team advises on real estate finance transactions for both borrower and lender clients across a range of sectors including hotels and leisure, student accommodation and offices/logistics amongst others. PSLs support fee earners in relation to research; document management; training and development; BD; horizon scanning and so on. It is a varied and interesting role. Knowledge roles also generally offer more consistent hours, as they are not client-facing.
