Paralegal – Residential ConveyancingLocation: Enderby, LeicestershireSalary: Competitive, dependent on experienceThe Role:We are seeking an enthusiastic Paralegal to join our busy and expanding Residential Conveyancing team. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone looking to develop their career within property law, working alongside experienced conveyancers in a supportive and professional environment.You will play a key role in ensuring the smooth running of transactions, providing both paralegal and administrative support to fee earners and helping to deliver an excellent client experience.Key Responsibilities: Drafting and generating correspondence and legal documentationOrdering property searches and issuing contract packsLiaising with clients, estate agents, lenders and other third parties; handling routine enquiriesAssisting with completions, including preparing pre-completion searches, SDLT forms, accounts indents and completion statementsCarrying out post-completion formalities, file closing and archivingSupporting client due diligence processes and file creationMaintaining accurate case management systems and key dates remindersHandling general administrative duties including scanning, photocopying, filing and managing postAttending and contributing to regular team meetingsGreeting clients and assisting with incoming calls when required About You: Experienced in a similar paralegal or administrative role within conveyancing (desirable, but not essential as training will be given)Highly organised with the ability to work under pressure and to tight deadlinesProactive, enthusiastic and able to use initiativeFlexible and adaptable with a professional and positive approachAttentive to detail with strong written and verbal communication skillsConfident in the use of Microsoft Word, Excel and case management systems What We Offer: A supportive and collaborative team environmentOngoing training and development opportunitiesThe chance to build a career within a well-regarded and growing Residential Conveyancing departmentCompetitive salary and benefits package If this is something you would like to discuss further, please send your CV to Tammara Kent G2 Legal.#INDMADN
