Job Overview We are looking for experienced Teaching Assistants (TA) to work within our network of schools in Sheffield for September starts. The successful candidates will have the opportunity to make a real impact by providing tailored support to students, fostering a nurturing environment, and helping them thrive both academically and emotionally. Main Responsibilities: Provide tailored support to students, helping them manage emotions, behaviour and make academic progress. Support teachers in delivering lessons and adapt materials to meet students' needs. Implement behaviour management strategies to encourage positive behaviour and emotional stability. Track and report on students' emotional, social, and academic progress. Communicate effectively with teachers, parents, and external professionals to ensure holistic support.
