This role offers an excellent opportunity to manage a fast-moving desk delivering Industrial and Driving personnel to an established client base.Responsibilities:Develop and maintain relationships with clients and candidates to ensure exceptional service delivery.Manage the recruitment process from start to finish, including job posting, screening candidates, coordinating interviews, and negotiating offers.Stay updated on industry trends and market developments to provide valuable insights to clients and candidates.Collaborate with team members to achieve departmental goals and targets.Provide exceptional customer service to both clients and candidates, ensuring a positive experience throughout the recruitment process.Requirements:Previous experience as a Recruitment Consultant, delivering temporary workers to the industrial or Driving sectors or similar sectors. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Proactive approach to problem-solving and decision-making.Knowledge of recruitment best practices and employment legislation.Excellent time management and organizational skills.Drive and motivation to succeed in a fast-paced environment.Benefits:Competitive salary: £28,000 to £35,000 per annum, plus 10% - 15% commission.Hybrid – Work one day from home per week. 25 days holiday.Team Building Events.Core business hours: 8:00 am to 5:00 pm Monday to Friday.Fun and friendly work environment.About Us: Join our market-leading recruitment consultancy specializing in the placement of temporary blue-collar workers in the Construction, Maintenance & Engineering Industries.If you are a motivated individual with a passion for recruitment and a desire to excel in a dynamic environment, we want to hear from you!
