This is a superb opportunity to work within a highly regarded team supporting a diverse caseload of property and financial affairs deputyships for individuals who have lost capacity through serious injury, illness, or age-related conditions. What You'll Be Doing Managing complex deputyship cases: Acting on behalf of clients who have lost capacity to manage their own affairs, including those affected by catastrophic injuries, birth injuries, or dementia-related illnesses. Supporting the professional deputy: Working under instruction to manage property, finances, and assets in the client's best interests, ensuring consistent, compassionate, and compliant case management. Engaging in broader firmwide collaboration: Working alongside colleagues in litigation, private client, and healthcare to provide joined-up advice and exceptional client care. Contributing to team growth and client relationships: Supporting business development initiatives, converting warm leads, and helping strengthen the team's presence within the wider firm.
