Junior Maintenance Engineer (Manufacturing / Electrical) £38,000 - £43,000 (Overtime OTE 50K) + Call Out Bonus + Weekdays + Company Benefits Stalybridge, Greater Manchester Are you a Junior Maintenance Engineer or someone who's recently completed an NVQ/Apprenticeship looking for a role that offers ongoing training, stable shift patten and no nights/weekend work? In this role you will be working alongside a team of 8-10 maintenance engineers, directly working with one engineer on a split shift pattern Monday to Friday (6:30am - 2pm) and (12:00pm - 8pm). The shift rotates weekly, with overtime available outside these hours and on weekends. The role will consist of mostly planned preventative maintenance, but you will be required to be on a call out rota for reactive work. This will be 1 week in 3, with a call-out bonus and overtime rate paid for all hours worked if called out. This opportunity would suit a Junior Maintenance Engineer or someone who's recently completed an apprenticeship/NVQ looking for a role that offers continuous development, significant overtime and autonomy.
