Registered Manager Salary: £58,000 - £62,000 Location: Kent We are seeking an experienced Registered Manager to lead a large residential care service in Kent, specialising in dementia and elderly care. This is an exciting opportunity to join a well‑established provider at a time of growth and development, with building work in progress to further enhance the home. The successful candidate will: Bring strong tenure and proven leadership within residential care settings. Have experience managing large homes, ideally within dementia and elderly care. Demonstrate expertise in care planning, risk assessments, and compliance. Be confident in liaising with external professionals and regulatory bodies. Inspire and support staff teams to deliver person‑centred, high‑quality care. Requirements: NVQ Level 5 in Health & Social Care (or equivalent). Previous experience as a Registered Manager in residential care. Strong knowledge of CQC standards and dementia care best practice.
