Many of the existing team have increased their earnings potential due to a clear bonus scheme, and a strong platform to charge well for the work they do.The RoleThis boutique Property firm are looking to expand and grow with either individual Residential Property Lawyers, or teams of Residential Lawyers looking to move as a group.In this role you will be able to service your own client base if relevant, or will be fed work from the wider group. The client base is national and ranges from MNW/HNW, often also dealing with high end London Properties. The type of work the department services includes:- Freehold/leasehold Re-mortgages Transfers of equity New builds Sales and purchases This role is highly suited for someone looking to increase their earnings with a clear bonus scheme based on billings, and a platform to run or develop a team (if that is a aspiration).Once established, there are various paths which this firm can facilitate; you are able to focus on fee-earning, you are able to grow a team, you are able to develop and run a department.For Residential Property Lawyers hindered by red tape, operating with a 'smoke and mirrors' bonus scheme - this role is highly suitable.Requirements You will be a Residential Property Solicitor 4+ years PQE based in the North West You will be able to handle your own transactions with minimal support This is a unique, entrepreneurial role designed for a Residential Property Lawyer to increase their earnings potential
