What to expect as a Customer Service Agent: Working Monday to Friday with 9am starts, you will be working with a busy fuel provider in Bury St Edmunds handling a high volume of customer care calls. This is a temporary position initially running through the winter season with a possible permanent position for the right candidate. As a Customer Service Agent you must: Previous experience in a call enter environment Computer literacy Polite & professional able to handle high volume of customer calls.
