GSL Education are looking for enthusiastic and dedicated Teaching Assistants to join schools in Ringwood.As a Teaching Assistant (TA), you will support teachers in delivering engaging and inclusive lessons, providing one-to-one or small group support to students to help them achieve academic and personal success.Responsibilities: Support teachers in preparing and delivering lessons across the curriculum.Assist students with their learning on a one-to-one or small group basis.Encourage students’ participation, confidence, and independence in class.Help maintain a positive, inclusive, and safe learning environment.Support pupils with additional learning needs or behavioural challenges.Monitor student progress and provide constructive feedback to teachers.Contribute to lesson planning and classroom organisation. Requirements: Experience working with children in an educational setting is desirable.CACHE Level 2/3, NVQ Level 2/3 in Childcare or Teaching Assistance, or equivalent qualifications are preferred.Ability to adapt to different age groups and learning needs.Strong communication and interpersonal skills.Knowledge and understanding of safeguarding and child protection.
